Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
We collect the minimum data needed to run the site and respond to enquiries: contact details you submit, case descriptions, and basic analytics. We never ask for or store passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, private keys or API tokens.
When you submit a recovery case or a message we also record basic connection information — IP address, approximate location, browser and device type — so we can verify the request and protect the service from abuse.
Data is retained only as long as needed to resolve your case or enquiry, and you may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@hacking.cv.
